Tangshan Hengguang Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of car high-performance suspension spring, single hydraulic prop restoring spring, mechanical spring, car lowering spring, car height adjustable damper and car rubber product, integrating the design, development and marketing together.
There are 295 employees, of whom 75 are professional engineers and technicians and 17 are senior engineers in our company. Our company is located in the center of Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, 1km away from Beijing-Harbin Expressway, Yahongqiao - a key commercial town, Yutian County, enjoying convenient transport. Our company has complete automatic assembly line and inspection equipment, always sticks to the principle of "Quality First" from raw material selection to each manufacturing process and from the production process to product packaging, and carries out raw material inspection, first inspection, routing inspection, process inspection and final inspection to ensure stable product quality. We have been certified to ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, and actively conduct the certification of ISO/TS16949, the latest standard of automobile industry. Our products have passed entrucking inspection and professional test of China North Vehicle Research Institute, a national level automobile product testing organization.
Our company sets up professional technological development department, and develops and produces various types through CAD. Our company has developed multiple car suspension springs according to requirements of domestic and foreign customers, and produced these products. These products with mature technology and stable and reliable quality are mainly exported to America, Germany, Malaysia, South Korea, Russia, the Middle East, Central Asia, etc.
